To make sure our Viewers have a great time at CamContacts (or at any partner-site streaming our Videochat – we refer to them as White Label) we require our ChatHosts to work within certain rules. We’ve tried to make sure that these rules don’t restrict our ChatHosts from expressing themselves freely, but we will enforce the penalty system so as to protect all the good ChatHosts and our Viewers.
How it works
- Each time a ChatHost breaks a rule, the ChatHost gets some ‘penalty points’. The amount of penalty points given depends on the rule broken and the severity of how it was broken.
- Once a certain amount of penalty points has been reached, actions will be taken according to the rules below.
- Information on the rule broken, the number of points given and the penalty incurred will be displayed on the ChatHost Resources page each time a ChatHost logs-in.
How do we decide when to give ‘penalty points?’
- A ChatHost will be “marked” with penalty points when a Viewer complains and there is evidence to substantiate this complaint
- CamContacts support team will be randomly entering ChatHosts rooms as a paying Viewer and based on our ‘fair’ assessment may give ‘penalty points’ if a rule is broken.
THE RULES
Photo Management

Adult poses, toys, underwear, nightwear, stocking tops, excessive cleavage showing, see-through clothes or wet T-shirts, etc. are NOT allowed. If you are in any doubt about a particular picture, don’t publish it! Choose something you are absolutely sure about! | 1 |

Profile Management

| The information on your profile must be accurate. In particular, country, age and gender. The country on your Profile MUST correspond to the real country you are in or you must choose the “Just Ask Me” option. You must not mislead viewers about your age. If you are a male but present yourself as a woman, or a female but present yourself as a man you must select Transgender. | 1 |

Behavior

| Excessive and unwarranted rudeness (non-responsiveness is rudeness as well!) to either members or guests is not allowed. Don’t forget members were guests before they joined! | 3 |
| If you have an open session and someone enters your video you MUST immediately come to the video. You do not need to sit in front of your computer all the time, but if someone enters your video, you must be prepared to immediately attend your video (this is what the “door-bell” sound is for!) | 3 |
| In addition to previous rule. If you are not available for text chat, then please display an appropriate message in your chat to say you are only available for video chat or will be back later for text chat. | 2 |
| In Non Adult categories it is not allowed to publicly use adult language or advertising or promoting yourself in a sexual manner. | 3 |
| False promises are not allowed: when you agree, or clearly give reason for a member to understand that you will do a specific action for him, you MUST keep your promise – unless there are exceptional circumstances. Do not mislead by using ambiguous words that mean neither “yes” nor “no”. Be direct as to whether you will or will not do what a member would like to see. | 3 |
| In all HARDCORE categories, STALLING in an attempt to extend the Viewer’s time in video is not allowed. This means that a ChatHost, instead of doing a show, is deliberately extending the conversation with the member while he is in video, when the Viewer is repeatedly requesting action rather than words. | It is an offence if you fail to inform chaccounts@camcontacts.com when you are approached by any individual encouraging you or Viewers to a competitive site, either in chat, personal forum or any other internal CC messaging system. | 5 |

| Asking members for gifts or money is not allowed, nor is it acceptable to repeatedly keep telling members that you are in need of certain gift items or money. This is to discourage certain ChatHosts from scamming members for money or items for financial gain. However, we do not wish to prevent those instances when a genuine meaningful relationship has been formed and the Viewer genuinely wishes to send a gift – but in this instance it must be the VIEWER who initiates this. | 5-10 |
| Requesting or accepting proposals to get paid outside CamContacts payment system for rendering video services is not permitted. | 7-10 |
| Redirecting directly or indirectly Viewers or ChatHosts to ANY competitive video chat site is NOT allowed. Where you feel there is a need for additional services on CamContacts, please send the suggestion to our Customer Support at chaccounts@camcontacts.com. | 7-10 |
| Any form of credit card fraud is NOT allowed as is using and passing on a Viewers account details (even when given by the Viewer of his own free will). | 7-10 |
| Being or pretending to be under 18 years old or under the legal majority age in Chathos’s jurisdiction is NOT allowed. Every individual exhibiting at CamContacts, must have provided us with age verification documents, as described in Chathosts FAQs (*Proof of age* FAQ). If the ID provided is found to be forged, we will inform your local police immediately. | 10 |
| Playing pre-recorded video in live categories is NOT allowed. | 7-10 |
| You are not allowed to use or pass on a Viewer’s private information like his real personal data, session details, how much time he spends in video etc., even if these details are given to you by the Viewer himself. This information is confidential! | 5-10 |

Studio Rules

| All Chathosts in a Studio must have passed through the age verification procedure, as described in Chathosts FAQs (*Proof of age* FAQ). This refers to ALL individuals exhibiting under each Screen Name, including each new Chathost making use of an existing Screen Name (even if it has already been covered with an ID of a previous Chathost). If the ID provided is found to be forged, we will inform your local police immediately. | 10-25 |
| Please note that penalty points for a Studio is the total of all ChatHosts penalty points plus the studio penalty points. | |
Penalties

| 5 – 6 points | Your account will be suspended until you provide an explanation and a commitment not to break the CamContacts rules again. |
| 7 – 9 points | Your account will be suspended until you provide an explanation and a commitment not to break the CamContacts rules again AND will remain suspended for ONE WEEK after we receive your explanation and future commitment. |
| 10 or more points | Your account and any other existing/future accounts of yours will be closed. |
| In addition to the above penalties, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from ChatHost earnings to compensate the member or site for losses as a result of breaking the rules. | |
Studio Penalties
| As soon as a studio is penalized, it becomes subject to investigation by CamContacts. In certain cases where we have reasons to consider that a studio is badly managed, it can be suspended or closed by CamContacts at its sole discretion (basing upon the severity, nature and number of rules broken, etc). We may also decide to deduct Studio’s revenues partially or in full. |
