Basic Rules

Violation of the following rules will lead to a temporary or permanent ban from the LiveJasmin!

• LiveJasmin.com reserves the right to deduct money from Performers for breach of contract and breaking the rules.
• The following rules must be followed by all Performers at LiveJasmin.com:

1. People under the age of 18 (21 in some areas, please check local regulations) are not allowed to participate. This includes every person appearing in camera area or pictures. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to immediate ban from the website.
2. All persons participating must have valid and approved registration from LiveJasmin. A compulsory part of registration is filling out the LiveJasmin Agreement and sending copies of a photo ID. The person appearing in camera area or in the pictures must be registered under the given Performer Account. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to money deduction or immediate suspension.
3. Broadcasting a pre-recorded video in the Live webcamera section is against the rules. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to immediate suspension and stop of payouts.
4. Giving out, asking for or accepting personal information, including personal information of Members and other Performers is against the rules. E-mail addresses from outside LiveJasmin, online messenger IDs (such as: Yahoo!, MSN, ICQ, etc.), permanent addresses, account numbers, etc. are considered personal information. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to money deduction or immediate ban from the website.
5. Any kind of personal contact with Members of LiveJasmin, soliciting for escort service, prostitution, asking for money or surprise is against the rules. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to immediate ban from the website.
6. Underage sexual activity, bestiality, incest, demonstration of blood or animals and mimicking the above mentioned is against the rules. Role playing that includes an underage role is against the rules. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to immediate ban from the website.
7. Any attempt to display text material that is a celebrity name, offensive, suggests pedophilia, adolescence, bestiality or zoophilia, refers to elimination or consumption of any bodily waste or implies words that are unacceptable by the standards of good taste will lead to immediate and permanent suspension.
8. Advertising other websites or services is strictly prohibited. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and leads to immediate ban from the website.
9. Showing content that is overly explicit (partially or fully nude intimate body parts, for instance) in “Free Chat Mode”, in the “Non Nudity” part of the site (even in “Private Chat”) or in the “Pictures for Visitors” section of the Performer Gallery is against the rules. Furthermore masturbating and the imitation of masturbation (even dressed), use of sex toys is not allowed in the above mentioned cases. We kindly ask models to provide such content only in “Private Chat”. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and results in money deduction.
10. You have to provide an erotic show in the ’Nude Only’ part of the site in case the paying Customer asks for it in “Private Chat”. In case models refuse or keep delaying an erotic Private Show the full money amount for that show would be taken back. After the third violation of this rule the model Performer Account will be suspended immediately. In case of any question or problem do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and results in money deduction.
11. All registered persons of a Performer Account must be visible and recognizable in the camera area and in the pictures all the time (showing body parts only is not acceptable). Performers need to follow the basic category rules regarding the number of persons, proper outfit, etc. Every model is allowed to be online using a maximum of two accounts simultaneously. Furthermore in case the model misled the paying Customer about his/her gender, the Customer is entitled to claim back the whole money amount of the”Private Show.” Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and results in money deduction.
12. It is against the rules to broadcast a still image or to appear without a camera feed on any part of the website. Violation of the rules is considered the breach of contract and results in money deduction or immediate ban from the website.. In such case the Customer is entitled to claim back the whole money amount of the “Private Show.”
13. Using a phone or ignoring the Visitors in a “Free Chatroom” is not allowed. Eating or sleeping in camera area is prohibited. We kindly ask models to use English with Visitors of the website in “Free Chatrooms.” Violation of the rules is considered a breach of contract and results in money deduction.
14. You have the option to kick or ban impolite Visitors from Your “Free Chatroom”, although it is against the rules to misuse this function. Making derogatory statements about other Performers or Customers is prohibited. Although models are obliged to respect and follow the instructions of the staff of Customer Service. If You need help, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
15. As a reminder, the name of the website is LiveJasmin.com. Users form an Internet community based on voluntary membership.  Be advised that models are not employed, nor paid as an employee.
16. Performers transfer full licence to LiveJasmin to use any and all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and all other proprietary rights in and to the Productions, or any portion thereof, via an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, universal, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable, exclusive license to LiveJasmin. With the rights granted herein, LiveJasmin may, without limitation, use, distribute, reproduce, display, perform, publish, modify, adapt, translate, transmit, market, import, export, promote and/or create derivative works of the Productions in any medium or technology whatsoever, now known or to be developed in the future. You further agree that LiveJasmin shall be the sole owner and holder of all copyrights and all other proprietary rights in and to any and all derivative works created from the Productions.

• In case of an offense the Performer will be warned. $5.00 would be deducted from the Performer’s earnings on the second occasion due to a breach of contract. $10.00 will be deducted from the Performer’s earnings on all further occasions.
• Exceptions to this rule are advertising other websites or services, asking for or giving out private information, asking for money from the Customer or refusing a Private show. In such case we deduct $5.00 from the Performer’s earnings after the first warning and double the amount of the previous one on all further occasions.
• Please be advised that this basic list of rules is non-inclusive and does not contain all possible violations, therefore an act not mentioned above could qualify as breach of contract after weighing up the situation. LiveJasmin reserves the right to modify and/or amend this rule anytime.
