There are a few simple rules that every chathost and studio must comply with in order to work on NeedLive. These rules are based on common sense and contain only basic things that should not put any extra work on you. It is not our goal to close or suspend accounts, so please do not break these rules.

It is strictly forbidden to:

• Promote other adult webcam sites in the freechat area or in a private session and to persuade users/members of NeedLive.com to visit other websites or services which contain adult webcams.

• Threaten or blackmail members (these cases will be reported to the proper authorities within the respective countries immediately)

• Beg, ask for money from members for any reason. Users come here for fun and to relax, they trust you and the website, don’t misuse it. Never make up stories of your sick relatives and beg for money for her/his medication/operation etc. If we find out about such incident, we will close the model account immediately and suspend the studio account too.

• Show explicit material on cam during a free session. You are allowed to flash tits and play with yourself as far as you don’t show genitals

• Have other person show up on cam who is not registered under NeedLive.com. Only registered models may be seen on cam at all times!

• Use disparaging, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, false, or otherwise inflammatory and/or negative statements concerning fellow Chathosts, Chathost Representatives, NeedLive.com users, services or other websites.

• Propgate hate; speech intended to degrade, intimidate, or incite violence or prejudicial action against a person or group of people based on their race, gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, language ability, moral or political views, socioeconomic class, occupation or appearance (such as height, weight, and hair color).

• Give out information to users or other chathosts about your real identity (full legal name, address.) This is to protect you from abuse.

• Leave the camera unattended while broadcasting live, both in freechat and members-only chat mode. No matter if the curtains are closed, members can still enter your room, why disappoint them with an empty room ?

• Stall members to keep them longer in private session by:
  • leaving the camera
  • not doing what the member asked for
  • not doing what you claimed to do or that is written on your profile (bio) page
  • ask the member to wait (if you have an urgent task to do, close your room and come back later on)

• Agressively promote voting to members to gain more points in the NeedLive.com Awards Contest (you can not force users to vote for you!)

• Broadcast live in the inappropriate category (you can not choose the girls category if you are a boy or broadcast in girls category if you a couple, etc. 
• Collect personal information on members, chathosts, needlive.com representatives in order to use it for unfair practices (blackmail, discredit, etc.)

• Broadcast pre-recorded video as a live feed

• Kick or ban users (free users or members) for no particular reason. This is an adult chat site, people come here for different reasons: relax, play, satisfy their desires or secret fantasies. People today are bound by all kinds of rules and standards, they need places like ours to get out of the every day stress. Our goal is to entertain them and let them see and experience what they want, so just because someone talks dirty or making jokes is not a reason to kick or ban that user.

Kick and ban rules

You may kick a user from your chatroom if the person behaves in an unacceptable way. As a permanent solution, you may also ban the user from the chatroom, but please think twice before you do so.

You can kick (or ban) a user from your chatroom in the following cases:

• Chat flood (when a user repeats the same message over and over within a short period of time
• User uses inflammatory,negative statements, hate speech, encourages violence, acts rude, threatens the chathost

When you should NOT kick or ban a user:

• Using dirty words
• Asking to show things in free (show boobs/tits/ass/pussy/etc.) – just tell them that you are not allowed to do so in the freechat area, convince them to come to a private session
• User chats too much. After all this is why most of the users are here for, they want attention, they need to talk to someone. This is not bad at all, try to be as responsive as you can. You will make them more desperate if you ignore them, besides that chances are low the same user would go to private if he is being ignored.

Do NOT kick or ban users from a private session! If the user tells you things that makes you feel uncomfortable or asks you things you would never do, just tell him you will not do it or ask him to leave. If the user broadcasts a cam2cam feed that is disturbing to you, close the cam2cam feed first. If the feed contains images that are violent,illegal, etc. report it immediately to our online support. In some case users get stuck in the chatroom accidentally and may become unresponsive for a longer time, then you can use the ‘kick’ button to remove the user from the private session.
