VIOLATIONS

There are 3 types of violations. Minor violations, Major and Severe. They will each be handled in a different way.

Minor include, but are not limited to:

• Makeup on Cam
• Smoking/Eating/Drinking on Cam
• Asking for Tips
• Reading Books/Listening to Music with headphones on Cam
• Sleeping on Cam
• Not logging off the site when on break
• Constantly not showing face on Cam
• Talking on Phone or Cell Phone on Cam
• To give or receive personal information, including where the model lives or where the model is located, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, the information of the bank, messengers (Yahoo, MSN, etc.).

We supervise all the conversations and they are verified by our personnel often.

These violations will be considered “Minor Violations” and will the studio will be given a warning. After the 1st warning, the model is subject to temporary account suspension if she continues to violate the rules.

Any model that currently has violations will not start from the beginning. She will be fined according to the chart above.

The next type of violation is the Major Violation. These violations include, but are not limited to:

• Logged on and Working another site at the same time as our site.

These violations will be considered “Major Violations” and will require temporary account suspension.

The last violation is the Severe Violation. These violations will not warrant a warning or a fine. Anybody caught doing these violations will be immediately banned. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

These violations include, but are not limited to:

• Peeing on cam
• Defecating on cam

Again, they are an immediate ban.

If a customer asks a model to do any of the above things, they are NOT to do them. What some customers might find acceptable, others might not. Any of the above constitutes a violation and will be penalized as such.

Remember, any model who is not chatting with a customer must always be looking at the camera and smiling. The best way to get customers is to appear happy and active. Models should not appear bored on camera.

Please keep in mind, Secret Friends has a good-girl image with many customers that want to feel like they are in a relationship. The models that can provide that experience are the ones that do the best.
