Before you log on we ask that you read the following rules and guidelines of Streamate Limited – you must agree to abide by these rules before you will be able to go live.

These guidelines are in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our site and its performers. Please read them carefully. Violation of any of these guidelines can result in suspension or permanent closure of your account with Streamate Limited.

1. Only Registered Performers On Each Account
   You are in fact the individual registered to the account and displayed in the profile. Accounts may NOT be recycled, shared or borrowed. Accounts found to host people other than the ones registered to the site will be closed immediately and payment will be withheld.
2. Age Documents Must Be Submitted For All Performers
   By appearing live you are verifying that you are 18 years of age and have submitted all proper documentation and age verification forms to perform on the site. Only individuals who have submitted documentation and have been approved to perform may appear on cam.
3. Accounts with performers who have not submitted documentation will be closed permanently.
4. No Nudity In Free Chat
   In order to prevent minors’ exposure to nudity and adult material we require there to be no nudity in free chat. Nudity is only allowed in age verified areas – also known as “private” or “paid chat”. Nudity in Free areas will result in temporary suspension of your account.
5. Promotion Of Other Sites Is Not Allowed
   Promotion of other sites either by chat or text – this will result in permanent termination of your account and payment will be withheld. DO NOT promote other sites on Streamate Limited.
6. Do Not Solicit Personal Contact With Customers
   While in chat, it is inappropriate to solicit for escort, prostitution or personal contact with customers. That includes exchanging emails, addresses, online chat IDs (yahoo, msn, ICQ, etc.). Accounts found to be participating in this type of activity will be terminated and payments will be withheld.
7. Your Account Will Be Closed For Fraudulent Activity
   Fraudulent activity of any sort will not be tolerated – should your account receive numerous complaints, chargebacks or reports for fraud, your account will be terminated on the first offense and payments will be withheld. Streamate Limited reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason if fraud is suspected.* Fraudulent activity is defined as any activity on the site that results in complaints, chargebacks, or is deemed inappropriate by Streamate Limited Staff.
8. Bio Picture Approval
   Images submitted to Streamate Limited for your bio must be approved. Images graphic in nature or of “below the waist nudity” will not be approved. Streamate Limited Staff reserves the right to approve or reject any bio picture submitted.
9. Account Termination
   If you are no longer using your account, the account must be closed. Inactive accounts will be archived after a specific amount of time and cannot be recovered.
10. Under Performance
    Streamate Limited performer accounts can be terminated based on performance level or quality. Performers should strive to maintain a reasonable performance level of time in paid chat vs time on line.
11. Rule Amendments
    We reserve the right to add to or amend any rule/guideline as it becomes necessary.

Block Sessions

We are pleased to announce the new “Block Session” option for performers. This feature will allow you to offer members a show for specified length of time. Members can now select a 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute session with you!Offering block sessions is optional and may be turned on/off at any time. If you wish to offer block sessions, you will need to activate this feature in your account under “manage profile”. You can then select which blocks of time you wish to offer – 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or all four! Each of these will offer the member a slight discount in your regular rate if they commit to the full show. Discount rates are as follows: 15 minute sessions receive a 5% discount from your regular rate 30 minute sessions receive a 10% discount from your regular rate 45 minute sessions receive a 15% discount from your regular rate 60 minute sessions receive a 20% discount from your regular rate If a customer decides to purchase a block session, you will be prompted and must accept or decline the session. Please Note: If you accept the session, you are expected to continue streaming for the entire period. If you intentionally disconnect, you risk losing your account and your earnings. If a session is accidentally disconnected, it can be easily resumed anytime within 2 hours of when the session originally started. And if you and the member both want to keep going after the “block” time is complete, the session will continue at the same discounted rate. Block sessions are available on both premium and exclusive levels. Exclusive blocks are one on one with the member. Premium blocks allow other members to join, however, any additional members who join will not receive the discount and you will earn your regular rate from them. We encourage you to give block sessions a try – it’s a great way to earn even more and give customers more options to spend more time with you!
