Windows Based or Apple Computer

You need a computer with Windows 2000, XP , Vista or Win 7 with at least a 400Mhz processor and 500MB of memory. Your hard drive should have at least 1GB of free space.

Camera, Web Camera or Video Camera

You can use a standard USB web camera or a high-end camera that connects through a  TV Tuner Card or a Pinnacle Video Capture Card

Broadband Internet Connection

You need a fast and reliable Internet connection (DSL, cable modem, etc.) with at least 300Kbit uplink of bandwidth. Are you unsure how fast your Internet connection is? Run an Internet speed test.

Microphone

You need a microphone so you can talk to your customers. Our system transmits both video and audio. A quality microphone will produce the best results!
